FAQ

How do I know when and where to login to attend a class?

When you register for a class, you’ll receive a confirmation with detailed instructions on how to login to take your class.

Do I need any special equipment or software to take a class?

You do not need any special software to take a class.  You will need headphones and a microphone connected to your computer in order to hear the instructor and the other students.  Alternatively, you can use a telephone to dial in to the class using the telephone number provided in your confirmation materials. We recommend using a landline phone for good sound quality.  In this situation, your computer will need to be near your landline phone as you will watch the class on your computer and listen and speak using your telephone.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to register for a class?

A PayPal account is not required to register for a class.  You may use your PayPal account if you have one, or you may register using any major credit card.

What if I registered for a class but can’t attend?

Cancellation requests received up to 48 hours before the start of a class will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of a class, or if you fail to show up for a class, you will not receive a refund.  To request a cancellation for a class more than 48 hours in advance, contact us.

What if I have technical problems that prevents me from logging in to a class at the appointed time?

We encourage you to practice logging in to the virtual meeting space in advance of the class by following the instructions in your confirmation material.  If technical problems prevent you from joining a class while it is in session, please contact us.  We will gladly transfer your registration to the next available offering for that class.
