In this three-hour training class, you will learn how to use the Internet and digital technology to send and receive documents, voicemail, and written messages.

Skill Level: This class is for advanced beginners to intermediates.  You must be able to use the Internet well, be comfortable using a web-enabled mobile phone, and be able to download and install all types of software.

Prerequisite:

  • Laptop Computing for Real Estate (or equivalent knowledge)
  • Social Networking for Real Estate

Technical Requirements: This class will be offered live over the Internet. In order to participate, you must have a computer with:

  • A high speed Internet connection
  • A headset or microphone connected to your computer OR a telephone near your computer (so you can hear and talk to your instruction and your classmates)

  • Learn secrets that make e-mail and text messages easier to manage
  • Learn strategies for managing your contacts and always having your clients’ information at your fingertips
  • Learn to sync calendars and contact lists across devices
  • Learn about digital phone options that help you manage your voicemail
  • Learn how you can have access to all your documents—regardless of where you are—without having to carry around a lot of papers
  • Learn about options for collecting getting digital signatures on critical documents
