I don’t use call waiting – that is what voice mail is for. I don’t even answer the phone when I am with other clients.

I let my clients know up front that I will try not answer the phone while I am physically with a client. People (flesh & bone) come 1st. BUT, I also let them know that I am usually able to respond to email or text messages while I am with other clients. I should be able to whip out a quick response to an email/text to answer their concern or schedule a time to call them to further discuss.

With all this technology, I try to remember flesh & bone comes first.

Great blog post.simple advice I am a novice tweeter. I love keeping up with what people are doing
My seo provider suggested I tweet out all my blog entries, I realize these are all about me but they say this is the way to get it out

Once registered, you can enter the Zillow URL for any property, our application will generate the QR code, which you can post it on the “for sale” signs. Anyone with a smartphone can scan the code and check out property details.

Ria, I know the feeling. When I decided to change my Twitter name, I couldn’t get any of the names I had hoped to get. Plus I couldn’t even use my real first and last name–to many letters.

I’ve been wondering about this, if your followers/people you follow will still have you on their roster once you change your name, and this pretty much answers it! Thanks for this guide. I’ve been itching to change my UN, but it’s just each and everytime, my chosen UN is already taken…bummer.

PNG is pretty old now. I don’t think any current browser doesn’t have support for it. IE6 had support for it, unless it was transparent.
