About Saundra Washington

TechTools Training was created by  Saundra Washington, a trainer with nearly 20 years’ experience.  During her career, she’s conducted one-on-one coaching, facilitated small group training, and conducted day-long, large-group public seminars.  She’s skilled at adapting the content to the needs of her learners and has led workshops on topics as varied as sales skills, customer service, computer basics, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
