What do you do when you’re a blogger and you go on vacation?
If you develop a following of readers you probably don’t want your blog to sit stagnant for two weeks. On the other hand, if you’re taking some time off, you may want to take a vacation from blogging too. Fortunately, most blogging sites make it easy for you to write articles in advance and have them uploaded and published to your website while you’re away.
Here’s how to do it in WordPress:
When you’re editing your post, look for the link that says “publish immediately” and click “edit”.
Indicate the date and time you want your blog post to appear and click “OK”. It’s that easy.
Write several articles in advance, cue them up to be published in the future, then go ahead and enjoy your vacation.
